<\/strong><strong>\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc<\/strong> \u8207 <strong>316 <\/strong><strong>\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc<\/strong> \u7121\u7591\u662f\u6700\u5ee3\u6cdb\u88ab\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5169\u7a2e\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u4f60\u662f\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u898f\u5283\u91ab\u7642\u5668\u68b0\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u5efa\u9020\u6d77\u908a\u7684\u516c\u5171\u5efa\u7bc9\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u9762\u81e8\u300c\u5230\u5e95\u8a72\u7528 304 \u9084\u662f 316\uff1f\u300d\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u984c\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u4ee5\u6df1\u5165\u6dfa\u51fa\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5f9e\u6750\u6599\u79d1\u5b78\u3001\u7522\u696d\u61c9\u7528\u5230\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u63a2\u8a0e\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u4e26\u7d66\u51fa\u5177\u9ad4\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u8b93\u8b80\u8005\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u5c08\u696d\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u9084\u662f\u4e00\u822c\u63a1\u8cfc\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u8fc5\u901f\u505a\u51fa\u6b63\u78ba\u5224\u65b7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u6211\u5011\u8ac7\u5230 <strong>304 vs 316 <\/strong><strong>\u7684\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u5dee\u7570<\/strong>\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u6838\u5fc3\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u5c31\u5728\u65bc\u662f\u5426\u542b\u6709 <strong>\u926c (Molybdenum, Mo)<\/strong> \u9019\u4e00\u5143\u7d20\u3002\u926c\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u8b93 316 \u5728\u9762\u5c0d\u6c2f\u5316\u7269\uff08\u5982\u9e7d\u6c34\u3001\u9ad4\u6db2\u3001\u5316\u5de5\u74b0\u5883\uff09\u6642\uff0c\u5177\u5099\u4e86 304 \u7121\u6cd5\u6bd4\u64ec\u7684\u8010\u8755\u512a\u52e2\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc 316 \u5e38\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u91ab\u7642\u7d1a\u300d\u6216\u300c\u6d77\u6d0b\u7d1a\u300d\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\uff0c\u800c 304 \u5247\u4ee5\u66f4\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u3001\u66f4\u4f73\u52a0\u5de5\u6027\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u300c\u98df\u54c1\u7d1a\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u300d\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c304 \u8207 316 \u4e0d\u662f\u8ab0\u66f4\u597d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u300c\u5728\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u5834\u666f\u4e0b\u9078\u5c0d\u6750\u6599\u300d\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u53f0\u5317\u7684\u9910\u5ef3\u5eda\u623f\u8a2d\u8a08\u6d17\u7897\u69fd\uff0c304 \u8db3\u4ee5\u61c9\u4ed8\u9577\u5e74\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff1b\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u9ad8\u96c4\u7684\u81e8\u6d77\u5de5\u5ee0\u5efa\u7f6e\u5316\u5b78\u5bb9\u5668\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc 316 \u624d\u662f\u503c\u5f97\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u3002\u9019\u80cc\u5f8c\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u79d1\u5b78\u3001\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u66f4\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u7522\u696d\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u7a4d\u7d2f\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>304 <\/strong><strong>\u8207 316 <\/strong><strong>\u7684\u6750\u6599\u57fa\u790e\u8207\u80cc\u666f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>304 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\uff1a\u98df\u54c1\u7d1a\u7684\u5168\u80fd\u9078<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>304 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\uff0c\u5c0d\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u300d\u7684\u4ee3\u540d\u8a5e\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u5927\u7d04\u70ba <strong>18% <\/strong><strong>\u927b (Cr) + 8% <\/strong><strong>\u93b3 (Ni)<\/strong>\uff0c\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u6975\u4f4e\u7684\u78b3\u542b\u91cf (\u22640.08%)\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7d44\u5408\u8b93\u5b83\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u591a\u6578\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u80fd\u62b5\u6297\u9178\u9e7c\u4fb5\u8755\uff0c\u4e26\u4fdd\u6301\u660e\u4eae\u5149\u6f54\u7684\u5916\u89c0\u3002\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\u4e0a\uff0c304 \u5c0d\u61c9 <strong>ASTM A240 Type 304<\/strong>\u3001<strong>JIS G4304 SUS304<\/strong>\u3001<strong>EN 1.4301<\/strong>\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5f15\u7528\u7684\u898f\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>304 \u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba <strong>\u98df\u54c1\u7d1a\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc<\/strong>\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u5728\u98df\u54c1\u63a5\u89f8\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u4e0a\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u7f8e\u570b FDA \u8207\u6b50\u76df\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u898f\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5be6\u969b\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u975e\u5e38\u591a\uff1a\u5f9e\u5eda\u623f\u7684\u934b\u7897\u74e2\u76c6\u3001\u9910\u5ef3\u7684\u98f2\u6c34\u6a5f\uff0c\u5230\u661f\u5df4\u514b\u5496\u5561\u6a5f\u7684\u7ba1\u7dda\u8207\u5167\u81bd\uff0c\u90fd\u5927\u91cf\u4f7f\u7528 304\u3002\u5b83\u65e2\u80fd\u6297\u9178\u9e7c\uff08\u5982\u918b\u3001\u679c\u6c41\uff09\uff0c\u53c8\u80fd\u5728\u9ad8\u6eab\u4e0b\u4fdd\u6301\u7d50\u69cb\u7a69\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c304 \u4e5f\u4e26\u975e\u300c\u842c\u80fd\u300d\u3002\u5b83\u5728\u9762\u5c0d <strong>\u9ad8\u6fc3\u5ea6\u9e7d\u5206<\/strong>\uff08\u5982\u6d77\u908a\u74b0\u5883\uff09\u6216 <strong>\u542b\u6c2f\u5316\u7269\u7684\u5316\u5de5\u6eb6\u6db2<\/strong> \u6642\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u767c\u751f\u300c\u9ede\u8755 (Pitting Corrosion)\u300d\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u8868\u9762\u51fa\u73fe\u5c0f\u5b54\u6d1e\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u8981\u6c42\u6975\u9ad8\u8010\u8755\u6027\u7684\u7522\u696d\uff0c304 \u53ef\u80fd\u5c31\u4e0d\u662f\u6700\u4f73\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>316 <\/strong><strong>\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\uff1a\u9e7d\u6c34\u8207\u91ab\u7642\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5b88\u8b77\u8005<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>316 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u5247\u662f\u5728 304 \u7684\u57fa\u790e\u4e0a\uff0c\u984d\u5916\u52a0\u5165\u4e86 <strong>2%\u20133% <\/strong><strong>\u7684\u926c (Mo)<\/strong>\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u5c0f\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u4f46\u537b\u5fb9\u5e95\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u5b83\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u926c\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u662f\u5927\u5e45\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u5c0d\u6c2f\u5316\u7269\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8010\u8755\u6027\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff0c\u5728\u9e7d\u6c34\u3001\u6d77\u98a8\u3001\u9ad4\u6db2\u6216\u542b\u6c2f\u7684\u6e05\u6f54\u6db2\u4e2d\uff0c316 \u7684\u58fd\u547d\u6bd4 304 \u9577\u5f97\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\u4e0a\uff0c316 \u5c0d\u61c9 <strong>ASTM A240 Type 316<\/strong>\u3001<strong>JIS G4304 SUS316<\/strong>\u3001<strong>EN 1.4401<\/strong>\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u6539\u826f\u7248\u672c <strong>316L (Low Carbon)<\/strong>\uff0c\u78b3\u542b\u91cf\u66f4\u4f4e (\u22640.03%)\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u91ab\u7642\u690d\u5165\u7269\uff0c\u80fd\u907f\u514d\u6676\u754c\u78b3\u5316\u7269\u6c89\u6fb1\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6297\u8150\u8755\u58fd\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5177\u9ad4\u4f8b\u5b50\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u91ab\u9662\u624b\u8853\u5ba4\u7684\u5668\u68b0\uff08\u624b\u8853\u5200\u3001\u9257\u5b50\uff09\u3001\u77f3\u5316\u7522\u696d\u7684\u7ba1\u7dda\u3001\u9020\u8239\u696d\u7684\u8239\u9ad4\u96f6\u4ef6\u3001\u6e2f\u53e3\u6b04\u6746\u3001\u6d77\u6c34\u6de1\u5316\u8a2d\u5099\u7b49\u3002\u5982\u679c 304 \u662f\u5eda\u623f\u597d\u5e6b\u624b\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc 316
